Juan Carlos Server Yvorra (“JC”) is the founder and owner of Technihomes Multiservicios. JC has many years of experience in the building industry, where he learned all aspects of new construction and developed a special interest in renovation and the practicalities of implementing design. He speaks fluent English, Spanish and Valenciano and in addition to these talents he has developed his personal philosophy of excellence in Customer Service.

Whilst building his business in the Javea area, JC found that many of his foreign clients needed help in liaising with various planning authorities and government departments. They also needed someone that they could trust in choosing reliable contractors, following-up, translating, and dealing with all the myriad details which lead to the successful outcome of even relatively simple projects. Thus the 'Technihomes' concept was born - combining JC’s unique appreciation and talent for Customer Service; his extensive knowledge of the industry; his considerable local knowledge; and his understanding of the complexities of Project Management.
